All fees are in CHF. Payment is due upon engagement or before delivery of an item. We accept major cards and bank transactions. If a scheduled engagement is cancelled by you within less than 48 hours of start, a fee may apply.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Professional Services

For bespoke legal services, fees are non-refundable once advice has been delivered or a formal opinion issued. This reflects the time and expertise allocated to your matter.

4.2 Informational Products

If you are not satisfied with an informational product, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please send a written request via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may request a refund for goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition. To initiate, use our contact form. Once received and inspected, we will issue a reimbursement within 10 business days.

5. Rescheduling of Services

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the arranged time. Subject to availability, we will offer an alternative slot at no additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect loss or any special damages.
